River Island Wishlist

So, imagine this..
Right now I'm snuggled in bed with my moo cow onsie on, watching space jam, drinking horlicks and blogging/reading blogs. Sounds good right?

In one of my previous posts I mentioned I had had a few job interviews, turns out I have managed to get a job at River Island! *dances* - In this post I am not by any means boasting about my job, or the benefits I get through the job. I just thought it would be something cool to blog about.

As I am a full time Alevel student at the moment, I don't work full time, only part time at the weekends. This means that I am allowed to purchase two items of clothing (1 top & 1 bottoms) as my uniform which I will get 75% off of. I have just been browsing the site and have seen so many things that I would love to have as my uniform! These are just a few, which I think are the nicest and I thought by posting them I may recieve some feedback from you lot who may read my posts to help me choose which ones I should go for! :)

Tops:
Blue cosmic print boyfriend t-shirt £15 - £3.75 with discount
Khaki studded shoulder tank top £22 - £5.50 with discount
Grey textured leather look sleeve t-shirt £30 - £7.50 with discount

Black split back midi tube skirt £20 - £5 with discount

Shoes:

I don't get shoes for uniform, but I've seen these beauties in store and I may just have to treat myself.. surely I will feel less guilty about getting them if I can use them as uniform? ;)

Grey creeper boots - £38

What do you think? any other suggestions? What ones look the best?

DIY Studded Military Jacket

If you dont remember, I bought a military jacket with the faux leather sleeves (The ones that EVERYONE has) a few months ago. Purely because of the fact that everyone has the same style coat, I decided that I was going to stud mine to add some individuality.

The coat I used was from Primark and it was £25.

I thought this would be a great thing to be blog about and then maybe you could use this to help you stud your own clothes!

I went for a 'The Ragged Priest' style of studded-ness haha! but you can change it up abit if you stud your own clothes :)

What you will need:
coat/jacket/jumper/t-shirt/ETC.
Studs
A knife - BE CAREFUL!

I bought my studs from Studs from studsandpunks
I purchased 100 'UK77 Xtra Tall Gold Studs' for £11.95 plus postage.

When studding my jacket, I pushed the studs through the material until the 'prongs' as I call them were completely peirced through. I then took my knife and with the side of it I forced the prongs flat so that the studs would stay put. I began studding in a cross shape on the shoulders as my outline.

I then took my studs around the edge of the cross shape to create a diamond kind of outline.

Once I had defined the outline, I then filled in the shape with studs in no particular pattern. I did it randomly so it didn't look too perfect which I think looks alot my 'edgy' and 'cool'.

This is what my jacket now looks like! I LOVE IT! :)

I always get comments from random people like 'I love your jacket, where did you get it from?' and it feels so self-pleasing to say 'I did it myself ;)' haha!

Have any of you studded your clothes?
Should I blog more DIY posts?

If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend the Natural Collection liquid concealer, as it broke me out in the worst spots everytime I used the product!

Every other beauty product in this haul I would recommend though, because they are all amaaaaaaze :D

Have you bought or tried anything that I have bought? What did you think of them?

ombre.

In one of my older posts, I mentioned how I have always wanted to ombre my hair, but I havent had the money to go to the salon or have chickened out at the last minute.
Well I finally manned up and got it done!
And... I LOVE it!

I will be honest, I know it does look abit more ginger than it does blonde, but I still like it!
There are odd bits that have taken to the bleach more than others so it looks quite natural with different shades. I may go back soon and add more bleach to lighten it, if I have the money!

I keep trying to find some hair products to use on my hair that will help the blonde stay bright, any ideas on ones I could try that wont break the bank?
Do any of you have ombre hair? What colours? :D
